Hardware Maintenance Team Leader

Job responsibilities:

1, responsible for after-sales service team's daily affairs management, guide the department's work and personnel deployment, and staff assessment and approval;

2, responsible for the development of incentives to encourage after-sales staff motivation, to cultivate after-sales staff customer first good service concepts, to reduce the customer complaint rate;

3, responsible for the development of after-sales service monthly, quarterly, annual work plan and the mid- and long-term plan, and organization and implementation;

4, responsible for the development of after-sales service emergency plan, dealing with major customer complaints;

5, to ensure that after-sales service and R & D communication smooth, timely feedback on after-sales product issues, improve product quality, improve customer satisfaction

 

Job Requirements:

1, bachelor degree or above, majoring in science and technology;

2, more than 5 years of after-sales team management experience, master the core technology of automation equipment, English-speaking, foreign enterprises work experience is preferred;

3, with more than 10 after-sales team management and operation experience, with large-scale industrial equipment after-sales team management experience,

4, very familiar with the after-sales service system structure and construction, able to customize the customer complete After-sales service policies and programs;

5, excellent communication and expression skills, strong sense of responsibility, excellent customer service concepts, able to adapt to work on business trips;

6, the work is meticulous and pragmatic, the work is objective and rigorous and responsible, dedicated, upright, with good professional ethics and professionalism.
 

Mold Designer

Specific requirements:

1, secondary school education, male or female, over 30 years old

2, skilled mold flow analysis (moldflow)

3, 5 years of work experience

4, skilled use of drawing software, have some experience in understanding the process

Grinder Mechanic

Specific requirements:

1, high school and above 2,

2 years of work experience in plastic mold or die-casting mold

3, can see the picture processing

4, proficient grinder 1

Project Engineer

Specific requirements:

1, College degree or above;

2, 26-40 years old, more than 3 years related work experience;

3, understanding of zinc, aluminum alloy die-casting molds, product processing technology;

4, proficient in three-dimensional, CAD software, understand the priority of demultiplexing;

Master Mold Maker

Specific requirements:

1, secondary education or above

2、25-40 years old

3, more than 3 years experience in mold manufacturing

4, skilled operation of mold processing machinery

5、Familiar with mold processing
